Counselling

Counselling for individuals: €80 / £70 (50 minutes)

Couples or other partnered constellations: €120 / £105 (90 minutes)

Somatic Coaching 

Individuals: €100 / £85 (90 minutes)

Couples or other partnered constellations: €150 / £130 (120 minutes)

Low Cost Somatic Coaching 

As part of the final stages of my somatic sex education training, I am required to complete assessed practice hours in my chosen specialisations. For a limited period, I am therefore offering packages of 5 low cost 90 minute sessions. Priority will be given to people who are:

• Survivors of sexualised violence

• BIPOC

• Disabled

• Trans 

• On no / low incomes

• Under 25

• Queer couples or other partnered constellations who want to attend together

The charge for these sessions will be in line with your gross hourly pay. For example, if you earn €12 per hour working a minimum wage job, the cost of a 90 minute session would be €18. If you are currently unwaged, please arrange a call and we can discuss options. If you wish to continue working together after the initial 5 sessions, normal rates will apply.

Accessibility

I practice on the second floor of a building with stairs and no lift. If this is inaccessible to you, please arrange a call with me and we can discuss other options such as having sessions online. Depending on your location, it may be possible for me to attend your home for in person sessions.
